Things are going good at the Decker house hold. Carly is doing great. She took a while to get the nursing thing down due to retarded equipment, thank heavens for nursing shields, nursing pumps and lots of prayer. Josie just loves her for the most part. Josie is the one that has taken more time and patience at this time. She wants our attention 24/7 and it is sure wearing on both of us. We try not to get mad because we know she's just adjusting. Carly has been sleeping pretty good. Of coarse she has her days and nights mixed up but shes been sleeping about 3 to 4 hours so that's just wonderful compared to how Josie was. Its amazing how she can sleep through all of the noise that Josie puts out. I'm doing pretty good recovery wise but emotional I've had my moments, luckily Elliot is there to listen and give all the support that he can. I'm so blessed to have a caring and understanding husband. He really has done so much with cleaning, last min. Christmas shopping and taking care of the girls while I catch up on sleep. I love you Elliot. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas, only 7 days left.

melanie you looked fabulous!!! i loved meeting carly and just want to come over and hold her all day haha. joel probably got nervous when i came home raving about how much i loved holding your baby haha. then again maybe he was glad i got my fill up baby ! anyways she is darling, you are darling and everything will be okay! just remember that on those days when life feels like a handful. you are sooo blessed to have a husband that helps out! merry chrismtas back! hope it is fabulous!!!
OH, Melanie, I feel your struggles. I wish I could help you out. Josie will adjust soon enough. And I am glad you're figuring out the feeding thing, I struggles w/that w/Joc too. Yay for Elliott and stepping in especially at this busy time of year :) Love you and hope you have a great holiday!

Congrats MEL!!!! How exciting!! I can't believe how DARK her hair is!!! But she is so cute!!!!
P.S. On your post about being Honest.... I agree with you on the whole "I like doing hair, I dont' LOVE it."... Im right with ya there! School was stressful, and long, getting out and working in the real world was long hours and crappy tips! So I just do hair out of my house now on the side... with working a "Real" job also. :D
