This past week was so much fun. We did so much with our family. We had an Easter egg hunt at my aunts house. Josie loved it. Monday we went to the children's museum with all of my sister's and all of the 6 grand kids....They loved it. We ended up getting a six month pass because it was cheaper than just paying for only one time. If anyone want to go with me for free you are more than welcome to.
We've been getting over colds at our house thank heavens it didn't turn into anything that needed antibiotics.
We played a lot with cousins this week and she is so sad that they had to go home. Josie still needs to learn to share. She had a hard time doing that especially with her little cousin Riley. In one incident in particular Josie wouldn't give her the grocery cart and I think Riley was sick of it....She ended up biting her. Needless to say Josie was terrified of her for the last few days. She would show me her bite marks and say, "ry, no bite." We kept telling her that she wouldn't bite her anymore. So today I found her putting her pound puppy stuffed animal in her room for time out because the stuffed animal bit her. Boy do they remember everything at this age. She's so funny what she comes up with.
On Friday we went to Ikea and all I can say is I hate those stupid shopping carts...they have get those fixed. We also dyed Easter eggs Josie was so sad that it had to come to an end. On Saturday Elliot and I tended my two nieces with my parents and went to Wheeler Farm, They loved the bouncy houses and all the animals but they didn't like the live Easter bunny walking around. She wouldn't get near the Rabbit. Here are some pictures of the trip.
My Dad and I.
My mom and dad and Riley.
This is as close as we could get to the bunny. Josie wouldn't stop crying for such a long time and kept saying "No BUNNY!!!" It's official she is terrified of Santa and the Easter Bunny. I hope she grows out of that.
Easter was great Josie loved everything that she got. I know I went over board but those silly dollar bins get me every time.
Josie with her new sunglasses.
What a cutie pie.
We also went to my parents for dinner it was wonderful...I loved all the home cooking and it always taste better when you don't have to cook it, right? Thanks again mom it was great.
Updates on the house....we still haven't moved, not until May 1st and 2nd. We close on the 24th of April but can't move in until a week after that due to a wedding on the 25th. I am so excited and nervous to start all over but I'm so excited to decorate my own home. I'll show pictures when were all done. I hope everyone had a great week and thanks again steph for coming to visit. We miss you already.

i'm so jealous that you get to hang out with your sisters so often (and when they're in town) and that josie has so many fun cousins to play with! you guys do so many fun things--what a good mom you are! good luck with the move...moving is the worst! very exciting that you get to decorate your own house though! :)
honestly i would have also cried if that bunny got anywhere near me! kinda creepy....
cute glasses! overboard is okay! if she loved it then woo hoo. i'm glad you had so much fun with your family. sure missed you though hehe.
Um, yeah, that Bunny is freaky! And, I totally agree about the carts at Ikea. The last time I was there, I felt like I was dragging the cart the whole time! Good luck with the move. We will miss you!
I thought the Easter bunny here in cedar was scary but that bunny has him beat. That is a very scary bunny. Sounds like you had a fun Easter weekend.
cute pictures. That's pretty funny that Josie put her stuffed animal in time out for biting her, that's hilarious. That was so fun hanging out with all the family when Steph, Lisa and Ryan came down.
That Easter Bunny is scary!
She is such a cutie! Looks like you guys had fun! I have been dying to take my son to the Children's Museum! Man, I am always surprised to hear how much Josie talks! Joey hardly says anything. (although I know he understands it!)
