The before picture... OK I don't look much better. But I couldn't wear any make-up. I was so nervous to get this over with. After waiting for an hour I finally got wheeled into surgery. They take you into this hallway and make you wait until the anesthesiologist comes and gives you the "good drugs" to put you to sleep. The anesthesiologist wasn't a people person at all. She kept digging around my vain to put the IV in. I started crying because it hurt. She asked sarcastically, "What's wrong?" I told her that it hurt and she again was sarcastic and acted so surprised. My arm looks worse than my face. It is so bruised.
After the surgery. The Dr. said it was a good thing we did the more serious surgery. Because the other one wouldn't have worked at all. Aghh, My nose looks huge!
I was so nauseated from the anesthesia. I was trying to eat some crackers and juice. I tried to get up and leave but I got too light headed and had to lay back down. I thought I was feeling OK, so the nurse's assistant brought the wheelchair in. First let me describe this nurse. He's probably in his late 50's and had the worst toupe'. He made me really uncomfortable before my surgery, he was a little too friendly (if you know what I mean). I got into the wheelchair and I told Elliot I needed a throw-up bucket. It was too late and I threw-up on the floor, Elliot, myself and some of it landed in the bucket. Most of it was blood. I thought they would put me back in bed but they just kept wheeling me out to the car. I got home and and tried walking inside. I felt sick again. I told Elliot I needed a bucket again but it came too fast and I threw up on the kitchen floor, and on Elliot again. Josie saw the whole thing and started crying. She didn't understand what was wrong with her mom. She is such a caring little girl. I think she was harder to handle on Thursday than I was. She wasn't use to all these other people taking care of her. She's just used to me doing it. Luckily my mom was here to help. I don't know what we would have done without her. She's my own private nurse. I am so grateful for my husband and what an awesome dad and husband he is. He really has stepped up this week and took charge. Thanks Elliot.
So around 11pm my mom went home and Elliot was all alone. My mom tried to put Josie down 3 times for bed but before she left, but she just wouldn't stay asleep. So Elliot put her down for the millionth timebut she would not sleep. Elliot got fed up and just let her cry. He sat next to her crib and tried to calm her down. Just as she started to calm down she vomited up all over the place. Elliot got puked on 3 times that day, haha.

Elliot,
Hey, my stomach is feeling a little upset...Could you come over and take care of me? I promise not to puke on you, like all the women in your life!
Love,
Drew
